Not a chatbot guessing at fees.
A wrong licence fee or a missed tax deadline costs real money. So the agent is built to be checkable, and to remember.
Verified facts, not a model's memory
Fees, tax rates, thresholds and deadlines come from a knowledge pack checked against official sources and dated. Where an authority publishes no fee, the agent says so instead of guessing, and every result links its source.
It already knows your business
The agent reads your company brain: the market Market Researcher sized, the customers you described, the numbers in your model. You do not fill in the same form twice.
Your setup feeds everything after it
Your structure, zone and tax position are written back to the company brain, so the Legal Agent, Financial Tools and Funding Finder plan around the company you are actually forming.
One plan for every founder in your program.
Free zones, incubators and accelerators can run the Dubai Launch Agent and the rest of the Founders360 suite on a white-label portal under their own brand. Every founder in the cohort starts from the same verified setup facts, and what they learn about their company carries forward into fundraising, hiring and compliance.

How do I start a company in Dubai?
Choose your business activity, then choose between a Dubai mainland licence from the Department of Economy and Tourism and one of the free zones. Reserve a trade name, get initial approval, sign your company documents, secure an office or flexi desk, and collect the licence. Then open the immigration file, apply for residence visas and Emirates IDs, open a corporate bank account, and register for corporate tax within 3 months of incorporation. The Dubai Launch Agent builds this sequence for your specific route.
Should I choose a free zone or the Dubai mainland?
It depends mostly on who your customers are. A free zone company is fully foreign-owned and suits businesses selling outside the UAE, but it cannot sell directly to mainland customers without a distributor, a mainland branch or a DET authorisation. A mainland company can trade anywhere in the UAE. Regulated financial services usually point to DIFC. The Setup Route tool weighs this against your visas, budget and stage.
Is the Dubai Launch Agent free?
Yes. It is one of the Founders360 agents that are free to start, with no card needed.
Does it register the company or file anything for me?
No. It plans and drafts: the route, the roadmap, the bank pack and the compliance calendar. You apply through the official portal for each step, which the agent links. Confirm fees with the licensing authority before you pay, and use a registered tax agent for tax judgements.
Where do the fees and rules come from?
From official sources such as u.ae, the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Finance, ICP and the free zones' own fee pages, checked in October 2026. Prices quoted only by setup agents are labelled as agent quoted. Every result shows the date its facts were checked.
Planning guidance, not legal or tax advice. Fees, quotas and rules change: confirm with the licensing authority before you pay.
